Electric Star

Electric Star is one of Hellfire's companions. He was a scientist who tried to make Perpetual Energy. He got in it a lab accident which turned him into a human battery. He needs special gloves to focus his powers into one area. When he gets to powerful, he turns into the Dark Energy form. When he is in this form, he is like Doctor Manhattan ( from The Watchmen), but he loses complete control.
